In accordance with the Notice of Nanjing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security on the Application for Nanjing Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Bases and Excellent Municipal Postdoctoral Stations in 2022, Tianlang Defense, relying on its strong scientific research strength, actively planned and submitted the application. Recommended by Qilin Science and Technology Bureau, reviewed by experts and approved by Nanjing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, Tianlang Defense was authorized to establish the Nanjing Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base (referred to as the "Municipal-level Quasi-Postdoctoral Station").The company is the only entity approved to set up such a station in Qilin Science and Technology Innovation Park in 2022!
According to relevant policies, enterprises selected as municipal-level quasi-postdoctoral stations will receive corresponding funding support. Housing allowances, resettlement subsidies and research startup funds paid by enterprises for introduced postdoctoral researchers are eligible for pre-tax deduction. Qualified postdoctoral researchers can enjoy supporting policies for talent attraction and retention, such as rental subsidies, preferential terms for government talent apartments or public rental housing, and increased housing provident fund loan limits.Green channels for professional title promotion are also available: postdoctoral researchers with intermediate professional titles may apply directly for associate senior titles, and those with associate senior titles may apply directly for full senior titles. In addition, postdoctoral researchers’ working experience at the station is regarded equivalent to executive experience at the enterprise, and they are given priority for recommendation to the Zijin Mountain Talents Pioneer Program and other innovation incentive policies.
