To meet the management requirements of the 14th Five-Year Plan for Science and Technology, give full play to the important role of experts in scientific and technological innovation decision-making consultation, further improve the quality of the expert database, and enhance the scientific and democratic level of scientific and technological innovation decision-making, the Provincial Department of Science and Technology and the Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology have respectively launched recruitment for the provincial and municipal science and technology consultation expert databases. The recruitment focuses on high-level talents in cutting-edge technological fields such as electronic information.
In accordance with the application requirements of the provincial and municipal expert databases, Tianlang Defense strictly reviewed and screened candidates against the qualification criteria for expert admission, and recommended qualified personnel for application. Following review and approval by the Nanjing Bureau of Science and Technology and the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Science and Technology,**three experts from Tianlang Defense were officially selected into the Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Consultation Expert Database, and eleven experts were admitted to the Nanjing Municipal Science and Technology Consultation Expert Database**.
In future work involving the review and consultation of scientific and technological projects in Jiangsu Province and Nanjing City, all selected experts are expected to act with self-discipline and public service, attach great importance to their responsibilities, demonstrate a sound scientific spirit and professional ethics, and perform their duties objectively, impartially, honestly and with integrity through a rigorous and scientific attitude. They shall earnestly uphold the requirements of scientific research integrity and better fulfill their roles as domain experts in decision-making consultation for scientific and technological innovation. Meanwhile, in follow-up work, they are encouraged to continue pursuing innovation as scientific and technological experts, scale new technological heights, and make greater contributions to the scientific research and development of Tianlang Defense.
